      How do I update my Virtual Terminal settings?

      Update your default settings for Virtual Terminal via your Zeller Dashboard.

      Only Admin users have access to turn on and manage Virtual Terminal.. If you are a Manager and would like to modify Virtual Terminal for your site, please contact you Administrator.

      To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:

      1. Go to Payments on the navigation menu.

      2. Selects Sites.

      3. Locate the Site that you’d like to update.

      4. Select the Payments tab. 
      5. Scroll down and toggle on Virtual Terminal.

      6. Click Save. 

      The site will now be visible from the Virtual Terminal site list.

      Surcharging

      If you’d like to turn Surcharging on for Virtual Terminal transactions: 

      1. Make sure Virtual Terminal is toggled on. 

      2. Toggle Virtual Terminal Surcharge on. 

      3. Select Surcharge total fees or Surcharge a percentage. See here for information on the difference between the surcharge options.

        1. If you select Surcharge a percentage, key in the required surcharge amount. It cannot exceed the Processing Fee.

      4. Click Save.
