How do I process a Virtual Terminal payment?
Process card payments directly from your Zeller Dashboard.
Toggle on Virtual Terminal for your site
Before proceeding, please ensure Virtual Terminal is enabled for your site. Click here for information on how to do this.
Manual card entry
Once you’re logged in to the Zeller Dashboard, simply:

Select Virtual Terminal from the navigation menu.

Choose a Site.

Enter the amount you wish to charge your customer.

Type in a Contact name and select that Contact from the dropdown.

If they are a new customer, select Add Person or Add Business.

Add transaction notes if applicable.

Select Manual Card Entry and click Continue to Payment.

Enter in your customer’s card details and click Pay Now.
Once payment has been approved, you can send them a receipt or close the window.
