Why is my account not activated?

There are several possible reasons as to why your account is not activated.

Your business type is unsupported

Please check to see if Zeller supports your business type for card processing. 

Age restriction

Current card regulations require our customers to be at least 18 years of age to successfully sign up. 

Failed verification 

There are cases where the personal details entered do not pass our electronic verification process. This could be due to: 

  • spelling errors
  • invalid or expired document number
  • change in personal details 
  • credit file not being up to date

Please check to see if the reasons above are affecting your application before attempting to verify your identity again. For your own privacy and security, we do not have access to the details you have entered. 

Pending review 

Certain business types require further review of business documents from the Account Services team. Our team will notify you via email when this process is complete. Until then, your account will not be able to accept card payments.
