Why is my account not activated?
Your account may not be activated due to one of the following reasons.
Your business type is unsupported
Please check to see if Zeller supports your business type for card processing.
Age restriction
Current card regulations require our customers to be at least 18 years of age to successfully sign up.
Failed verification
There are cases where the personal details entered do not pass our electronic verification process. This could be due to:
- spelling errors
- invalid or expired document number
- change in personal details
- credit file not up to date
Please check to see if the reasons above are affecting your application. Our Account Services team will be in touch via email within 1-2 business days to assist with verifying your identity.
Pending review
Certain business types require further review of business documents from our Account Services team. Our team will be in touch via email within 1-2 business days to complete this process. Until then, your account will not be active to accept card payments.
