      What is Virtual Terminal?

      Process card payments without a physical terminal.

      Virtual Terminal enables you to process a payment from any browser, smartphone or computer, or send your customer a secure payment link via email or SMS. 

      There are 3 payment options for Virtual Terminal:  

      • Manually Enter Card: manually enter card details for a customer.

      • Send Payment Link via Email: Automatically send a payment link via email for a customer to pay via Zeller’s secure payment page.

      • Send Payment Link via SMS: Automatically send a payment link via SMS for a customer to pay via Zeller’s secure payment page.

      There are no monthly subscription fees to use Virtual Terminal. You're only charged transaction fee of 1.75% + $0.25 (including GST) for all card types accepted. 

      Once a payment is complete you can email or SMS a receipt to your customer, and view transaction details.
