Zeller Tap to Pay requirements

Setup Tap to Pay on compatible iOS and Android devices.

Tap to Pay is a payment solution that allows you to accept contactless payments without additional hardware. It utilises Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities of your phone to process transactions securely.

Before you get started with Tap to Pay, please ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

  1. Zeller Merchant Account: You must have an active Zeller Account. If you have not yet signed up, you can get started here. This account gives you access to Zeller's suite of payment solutions and management tools.

  2. Compatible iOS or Android device:

    1. An iPhone XS with iOS 16.4 or later.

    2. Android mobiles that run on Android 10 or later, and that have NFC capabilities. 
  3. Zeller App: Download the Zeller App from the App Store and sign in using your Zeller Merchant credentials. The Zeller App serves as the platform for managing your Payments, Accounts, Cards, and more, including the Tap to Pay.

Tap to Pay on Zeller App will not run on:
  • Windows devices
  • Blackberry devices
  • Non mobile devices such as laptops or PC’s
  • iOS or Android Tablets
  • Rooted or modified devices
