How do I send Digital Receipts?

Send customised receipts via SMS, Email or QR Code.

To help the environment, and reduce our paper usage, we have introduced digital receipts on both Zeller Terminals 1 & 2. For information on how to customise your digital receipts, click here.

Customers can scan a QR code on the Terminal once a transaction has been processed to download their receipt. 

 

To get started, log in to your Zeller Terminal.

After a transaction is approved:

  1. Tap eReceipts.
  2. Choose SMS and enter the customer’s phone number, or tap Email and enter the customer’s email address.
  3. Alternatively, customers can scan the QR code displayed on the terminal to download their receipt.
  4. Tap Send.
  5. Tap New Sale to continue with another transaction.

To resend a receipt from your Zeller Terminal:

  1. Select Transactions from the navigation menu.
  2. Find the relevant transaction by scrolling or using the search feature.
  3. Tap the transaction to view details.
  4. Tap Receipt.
  5. Enter the customer’s phone number for SMS or their email address for email delivery.
  6. Or have the customer scan the QR code.
  7. Tap Send.

Once sent, your digital receipt will be delivered successfully. If you experience any issues with receipts, please contact our Support team.
