How do I customise my receipt settings?

You can change the information that appears on receipts from your Zeller Dashboard or Zeller Terminal.

To customise your receipt settings from your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Payments and then select Sites. 
  2. Select the site you wish to manage. 
  3. Navigate to the Receipt tab along the top of the screen. 
  4. Update the information that you want to appear on your receipts. You can update:
    • business name

    • business phone number

    • email address

    • return policy
    • business message
    • website
    • social media links
  5. Confirm the receipt printing preferences. Toggle on/off:
    1. Always print store copy.
    2. Print company logo.
    3. Print social media links. 
  6. Click Save to confirm your changes. 

To access receipt settings on your Zeller Terminal:

  1. Select Settings from the navigation menu.
  2. Tap on Site Settings.
  3. Tap Receipts
  4. Customise the information and print settings based on your preferences.
  5. Tap Save.
