How do I customise my receipt settings?

You can change the information that appears on receipts from the Sites section of your Zeller Dashboard.

To customise your receipt settings, sign in to your Zeller Dashboard. From there:

  1. Navigate to Payments and then select Sites. 
  2. Select the site you wish to manage. 
  3. Navigate to the Receipt tab along the top of the screen. 
  4. Adjust the toggle for Always print store copy based on your preference. 
  5. Select Edit. 
  6. Update the information that you want to appear on your receipts. You can update:
    • business name

    • business message

    • business phone number

    • email address

    • return policy

    • website

    • Instagram

    • Facebook

    • Twitter

  7. Click Save to confirm your changes.
