How do I send Digital Receipts?
Be done with paper and send customised receipts via SMS, Email or QR Code.
To help the environment, and reduce our paper usage we have introduced digital receipts on both Zeller Terminals 1 & 2. To customise your receipts, find out view here.
Customers can now scan a QR code on the Terminal once a transaction has been processed to download their receipt. Send after processing
Get started, login to your Zeller Terminal.
- Once the transaction is approved
- Tap Receipts
- Tap SMS and enter phone number
- Tap Email and enter the email address
- Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
- Tap Send
- Tap New Sale
To resend receipts from your Zeller Terminal
- Select Transactions from the navigation menu.
- Locate the transaction by scrolling down the list or using the search function.
- Tap the transaction to bring up the transaction details.
- Tap Receipt
- Tap SMS and enter phone number
- Tap Email and enter the email address
- Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
- Tap Send
