How do I send a payment link?

Give your customers more options to pay by sending them a payment link using Virtual Terminal.

Before getting started, please ensure Virtual Terminal is enabled for your site. Click here for information.

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:

Select Payments on the navigation menu.
Select Virtual Terminal.
Choose a Site.
Enter the amount you wish to charge your customer.
Type in a Contact name and select that Contact from the dropdown.
1. If they are a new customer, select Add Person or Add Business.
Add transaction notes if applicable.
Select Send Payment Link via Email or Send Payment Link via SMS and click Send Link.
Enter email address or phone number and click Send Link.

Customers will receive the link to pay immediately via email or SMS depending on your selection.

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:

Select Payments on the navigation menu.
Select Virtual Terminal.
Choose a Site.
Enter the amount you wish to charge your customer.
Type in a Contact name and select that Contact from the dropdown.
1. If they are a new customer, select Add Person or Add Business.
Add transaction notes if applicable.
Select Copy Link and then Get Link.

The payment link will be copied to your clipboard. You may then share the link via other platforms..

Once your customers have paid, you will receive an email and the record will be updated as Paid.
