How do I manage user permissions?
There are two types of user access levels: Admins and Managers.
There are two types of user accounts, and each has its own specific level of access.
- Admin users can:
- update terminal settings
- obtain reports on all sites
- obtain reports on all terminals
- review deposits
- undertake user access management
- update deposit account details
- Manager users can:
- update terminal settings
- report on all assigned sites and terminals
Team members do not need to be created as users on Zeller. Sites have PINs that can be distributed to the rest of your team as needed. This limits team members' access to your Zeller Terminal, requiring them to entering the site PIN to:
- accept transactions
- review transactions
To manage users on your account from your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Settings and then Users.
- Select the user you wish to manage.
- Click Edit User on the right-hand side pane.
- Select the appropriate user access level.
- Click Save to confirm these changes.
