To ensure the safety and security of Zeller merchants and customers, there are certain goods and services that we do not permit the sale of.
By agreeing to the Zeller Terms of Service, you agree that you will not accept payments or transfer funds externally in connection with the following businesses, or business activities:
- Adult entertainment/escort services
- Archaeological and cultural relics
- Businesses relating, but not limited to, horse racing (gambling & betting), racehorse syndications
- Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies
- Counterfeit items, including, but not limited to, currency, coins, stamps, counterfeiting equipment, trademark infringement items
- Credit protection or identity theft protection services
- Cryptocurrency, including but not limited to, Bitcoin
- Collection agencies engaged in debt collection or insolvency attorneys
- Financial products and services, including, but not limited to:
- Cashback services of any kind
- Foreign exchange services
- Insurance, insurance premium or insurance related services
- Mutual funds
- Payday lenders
- Payment by instalments service
- Peer to peer (P2P) lending services
- Shell Banks & Companies
- Stock trading & brokerage fees
- Unlicensed financial advisors, accounting firms, tax agents
- Wire Transfer/Money Order
- Gambling establishments including internet gambling – placing, receiving or transmitting a bet/wager
- Gold Bullion
- Illegally sold drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, including, but not limited to, nangs
- Pawn Shops, Cash Converters
- Political parties and other political causes
- Products & services invoking or supporting racism, violence, abuse discrimination, hatred, terrorism, paedophilia or other immoral activity
- Unlicensed sales of distribution of event tickets
- Single-purpose prepaid cards (including gift cards and other stored value cards)
- Software or products related to trading of financial products and information
- Online sales of tobacco, shisha and other related products
- Unregistered charities
- Vapes, vape juice and e-cigarettes containing nicotine

Weapons of all types designed to cause physical injury, including, but not limited to, batons and electric batons, daggers, swords, dragon knives, firearms and accessories, replica weapons, stun guns, BB guns, ammunition and explosives, certain firearm parts or accessories and military or police equipment
- Any other illegal goods and/or services for sale in Australia
Please note, this is not an exhaustive list, and as per clauses 4.2b(ii)(B) and (D), 9.2, and 23, in the Zeller Terms of Service, Zeller reserves the right to terminate a merchant account, at our discretion.
