Why is there a direct debit established over my account?
On occasion, refunds and chargebacks may need to be funded from a nominated bank account.
Refunds and cardholder-won chargebacks are typically funded from your available Zeller balance, meaning the value of accepted payments prior to settlement.
There are instances where refunds and chargebacks will need to be funded from a nominated bank account.
For example, in the instance where your Zeller balance reaches $0.00, and you stop accepting payments with Zeller, we require the ability to fund any pending refunds and/or cardholder-won chargebacks from your nominated bank account.
