Why do Admin users need to verify their identity?
Access based identity verification enhances your account security.
In preparation for the launch of new financial service products for accounts, cards and expense management, we’re also enhancing the security of your Zeller Account by ensuring that Admin users with unrestricted access to your account, have their identity verified.
Existing users will receive an email to complete the ID verification. They can click on the link or sign in to Zeller Dashboard directly. Once signed in, click Yes, Verify my ID to begin the verification process.
Newly created users will receive this prompt when setting up their account.
Alternatively, the verification screen can be accessed by logging in to Zeller Dashboard as an admin user:
- Go to Settings > Profile Settings from the navigation menu.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click Verify my ID.
Once completed, the user verification status will go into review and be updated within 1-2 business days.
