Why can’t I view all notifications in my preferences?

Manage your notification preferences via Zeller Dashboard.

Notification preferences can be edited depending on their security level and your user level access.

Unable to opt out

You will not be able to opt out of high priority security notifications such as Change of Email Address, Change of Phone Number and Change of Password..

You will also always receive notifications through the Zeller Dashboard and will not be able to opt out of these. 

You don’t have the right permissions 

Some security notifications will only be sent to Admin users. Manager profiles will not have all notifications available.
