Where is your support team based?

Zeller Support runs operations out of our office in Melbourne, Australia.

To ensure that our merchants get the support that they need outside of standard Australian business hours, our Australian team also manages a dedicated team in the Philippines. They are available Monday to Friday, 5.00 pm to 1.00 am and Saturday to Sunday, 9.00 am to 1.00 am.

This gives Zeller the ability to offer 9.00 am to 1.00 am support, seven days a week, to all of our merchants.
