Where do I see my sales transaction history?

Navigate to Transactions from your Zeller Dashboard or Zeller Terminal.

Once you're logged in to your Zeller Terminal, simply:

  1. Tap on Transactions from the Navigation menu.
  2. Scroll through the list of transactions taken on the terminal you are logged in to, which is sorted chronologically by default. 
  3. If you wish to find a particular transaction, tap on the search icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can search by receipt reference number or the last four digits of the card. 
  4. If you wish to filter for a particular set of transactions, select the Funnel on the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can filter by transaction status, the date range, and/or a transaction amount.

If you are looking on your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Transactions on the navigation menu. 
  2. Scroll through the list of transactions taken on all of your terminals, which is sorted chronologically by default. 
  3. If you wish to find a particular transaction, select the search icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will bring down a variety of options: 
    1. You are able to search using the last four digits of the card number, or the reference number printed on the receipt.
    2. You are able to use the dropdown menus to filter by specific sites (or devices within those specific sites). 
    3. You can also filter for a particular transaction or a set of transactions. You are able to filter by transaction status, the date range, and/or a transaction amount.
