Where can I view my sales transaction history?

Navigate to Transactions on your Zeller Terminal or Zeller Dashboard.

Once you're logged in to your Zeller Terminal, simply:

  1. Tap on Transactions from the Navigation menu.
  2. Scroll through the list of transactions taken on the terminal you are logged in to, which is sorted chronologically by default. 
  3. If you wish to find a particular transaction, tap on the search icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Search by receipt reference number or the last four digits of the card. 
  4. If you wish to filter for a particular set of transactions, select the Funnel on the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can filter by transaction status, the date range, and/or a transaction amount.

If you are viewing on your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Payments > Transactions
  2. Scroll through the list of transactions taken on all of your terminals, which is sorted chronologically by default. 
  3. If you wish to find a particular transaction, select the search icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will bring down a variety of options: 
    1. Search using the last four digits of the card number, or the reference number printed on the receipt.
    2. Use the dropdown menus to filter by specific sites (or devices within those specific sites). 
    3. Filter by transaction status, the date range, and/or a transaction amount.
