How can I create scheduled or recurring transfers?

Automate your business payments by scheduling or setting up recurring transfers between internal Zeller Transactions Accounts, external recipients and BPAY.

To get started, sign in to your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Click on Accounts from the navigation menu.
  2. Select Transfer on the top right of your screen.
  3. Select transfer type: Internal Transfer, External Transfer, or BPAY Payment
  4. Select the account the funds will be transferred from using the drop-down list.
  5. Contact Selection.
    1. If it is an existing recipient, select a contact from the list.
    2. If it is a new recipient, create a new contact by selecting Add Person or Add Business.
    3. Enter the contact name and click Save.
  6. Account Selection.
    1. If it is an existing account, select it from the list.
    2. If new details are required, select Add New Account.
    3. For a BPay transfer, enter Biller Code and Payment Details. 
  7. Enter Transfer Amount
  8. Scheduling Setup
    1. Toggle on Schedule.
    2. Select the Start Date on the calendar. 
    3. Optionally, schedule a transfer time (Time selection allows for 15-minute increments).
    4. For recurring transfers, select a Repeat frequency and an End condition.
  9. Review transfer details.
  10. Select Pay Now or Schedule Transfer, depending on your transfer date. 
  11. Optionally, download the remittance receipt (Available for instant transfers only).

    2. Send transfer confirmation via email
    3. Send transfer confirmation via SMS

Your balance will be updated once the transfer is processed. First time transfers to new recipients may be held for 24 hours as a security measure. Scheduled transfers with no selected times will be processed at 1am AET.

Transfers will generally be processed instantly for external accounts that support receiving NPP transfers. Please allow 1-2 business days for funds to be processed by the recipient’s institution for all other account types.
