What can I do if I don’t recognise a transaction?

Lock your card and contact our Card Support team as soon as possible.

It’s important to consider the following points when assessing if the payment was made without your authorization: 

  • Check with anyone else that has access to your card. 
  • Search the company name as it may differ from the trading name. 
  • Check your active subscriptions, memberships and in-app purchases. 

If you still do not recognise the transaction, please lock your card and get in touch with our team for further assistance as soon as possible.
