What actions can I take with my invoice?

Make adjustments to your invoice once it has been drafted or sent.

You can perform additional actions on your invoices by accessing them from your history. 

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Go to Invoices from the navigation menu. 
  2. Select an invoice from the list.
  3. Click Actions

The options available are different depending on the invoice status. 

Action Description Invoice Status
Edit Invoice Make changes to the invoice recipients, contents, items, or schedule before sending. 
  • Draft
  • Overdue
Delete Invoice Remove the invoice from your drafts and history. 
  • Draft
Send Reminder Send an email to your customer reminding them to pay their invoice. 
  • Overdue
Cancel Invoice Cancel the invoice pending payment. This cannot be undone. 
  • Overdue
Download PDF Download a copy of your invoice to save for your records. 
  • Draft
  • Paid
  • Overdue
Duplicate Make a copy to send to a new customer. 
  • Paid
  • Overdue
Record Payment Add a partial or full payment with notes attached. 
  • Overdue
Mark as paid  Close the pending invoice. A payment of $0.00 will be recorded.
  • Overdue
Resend Your customer will receive the invoice email notice again. 
  • Overdue
Copy link Copy a direct link to the invoice payment screen to share. 
  • Overdue
