What actions can I take with my invoice?
Make adjustments to your invoice once it has been drafted or sent.
You can perform additional actions on your invoices by accessing them from your history.
To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Go to Invoices from the navigation menu.
- Select an invoice from the list.
- Click Actions.
The options available are different depending on the invoice status.
Action | Description | Invoice Status |
Edit Invoice | Make changes to the invoice recipients, contents, items, or schedule before sending. |

Delete Invoice | Remove the invoice from your drafts and history. |
|
Send Reminder | Send an email to your customer reminding them to pay their invoice. |
|
Cancel Invoice | Cancel the invoice pending payment. This cannot be undone. |
|
Download PDF | Download a copy of your invoice to save for your records. |
|
Duplicate | Make a copy to send to a new customer. |
|
Record Payment | Add a partial or full payment with notes attached. |
|
Mark as paid | Close the pending invoice. A payment of $0.00 will be recorded. |
|
Resend | Your customer will receive the invoice email notice again. |
|
Copy link | Copy a direct link to the invoice payment screen to share. |
