How do I transfer funds out of my Zeller Transaction Account?

Complete an external transfer from your Zeller Dashboard or App.

Manage your funds and transfer them to external recipients. To initiate a transfer to a third-party bank account, sign in to your Zeller Dashboard or App:
  1. Click on Accounts.
  2. Select Transfer, on the top right of your screen.
  3. Select External Transfer.
  4. Select or add the receipient Contact and Account. 
  5. Enter in the transfer amount.
  6. Add a reference for your records.
  7. Add a description for the recipient and then click Next.
  8. Review your transfer details and click Pay Now.

Select New Transfer or Close once complete.

Your Zeller Account balance will be updated immediately. For security reasons, first-time transfers to a new recipient may be held for up to 24 hours.

Transfers to external accounts that support NPP will generally be processed instantly. For all other account types, please allow 1–2 business days for the recipient’s financial institution to process the funds.

Transfer details will also appear in your transaction history.
