How can I create scheduled or recurring transfers?
Automate your business payments by scheduling or setting up recurring transfers between internal Zeller Transactions Accounts, external recipients and BPAY.
To get started, sign in to your Zeller Dashboard or App:
- Click on Accounts from the navigation menu.
- Select Transfer.
- Select the transfer type. (Internal, External, BPAY)
- Select the account the funds will be transferred from using the drop-down.
- Select or add the recipient Contact and Account.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Add a reference for your records.
- Add a description for the recipient.
- Scheduling Setup
- Toggle on Schedule.
- Select the Start Date on the calendar.
- Optionally, schedule a transfer time (Time selection allows for 15-minute increments).
- For recurring transfers, select a Repeat frequency and an End condition.
- Review transfer details and select Pay Now or Schedule Transfer.
Your balance will update once the transfer has been processed. For security reasons, first-time transfers to a new recipient may be held for up to 24 hours. If you schedule a transfer without selecting a specific time, it will be processed at 1:00 am AET.
Transfers to external accounts that support NPP will generally be processed instantly. For all other accounts, please allow 1–2 business days for the funds to be received and processed by the recipient’s financial institution.
