How do I reset my password?

Reset your password from the Login screen.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in a secure manner.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the Zeller Dashboard login page.

2. Click on ‘Forgot your password?

3. Enter the email address linked to your Zeller account and select Reset.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email - this should arrive within a few minutes.

5. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.

6. Enter and confirm your new password.

Your password must contain:

  • at least eight characters
  • one upper case letter
  • one special character, and one number

Once reset, you will be re-directed back to the Login screen. 

If you have forgotten the email address for your Zeller account, or no longer have access, please contact our Support team.
