How do I reassign terminals to a different site?
Log in to your Zeller Terminal with the correct account credentials.
If you have not previously logged in to a Zeller Terminal, no terminals will appear in your account. Please ensure you log in to a Zeller Terminal using your correct account credentials.
To reassign a terminal to a different site using the Zeller Dashboard:
1. Navigate to the Sites section.
2. Select the site where the terminal is currently assigned.
3. Click the Devices tab.
4. Choose the terminal you wish to reassign.
5. Select Reassign at the bottom of the right-hand pane.
6. From the dropdown menu, select the new site to assign the terminal to.
7. Click Reassign to confirm the update.
To reassign a terminal directly from the Zeller Terminal:
1. Ensure your device is logged in via the navigation panel.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Assigned Site.
4. Choose the site you want to assign the terminal to.
5. Tap Confirm.
Once completed, your Zeller Terminal (including all associated sales) will be linked to the newly selected site.
Please note: Zeller reporting is based on your site configuration.
