How do I process a contactless transaction?

Enter the amount on the keypad, tap Charge, and ask your customer to present their card.

To process a contactless payment on your Zeller Terminal 1 or 2, follow the outlined steps after logging in:

  1. Select Payments from the navigation menu.
  2. Input the transaction amount you intend to charge the customer.
  3. Select Charge.
  4. Instruct your customer to tap their card against the contactless symbol.
  5. If prompted, ask the customer to enter their PIN to complete the transaction.

After the payment has been authorised, you may offer your customer a printed or digital receipt. If a receipt is not needed, select New Sale to proceed with the next transaction.
