How do I process a contactless transaction?
Enter the amount on the keypad, tap Charge, and ask your customer to present their card.
To process a contactless payment on your Zeller Terminal 1 or 2, follow the outlined steps after logging in:
- Select Payments from the navigation menu.
- Input the transaction amount you intend to charge the customer.
- Select Charge.
- Instruct your customer to tap their card against the contactless symbol.
- If prompted, ask the customer to enter their PIN to complete the transaction.
After the payment has been authorised, you may offer your customer a printed or digital receipt. If a receipt is not needed, select New Sale to proceed with the next transaction.
