What happens if I use the wrong BPAY details?
Confirm and report any transactions with incorrect details.
Completed BPAY payments cannot be cancelled. If you believe you have made a mistake in the payment details entered you can report this to your biller directly.
Please contact your biller if you have entered in the wrong Customer Reference Number or payment amount. This will be the quickest way to ensure the payment is reversed or allocated accordingly.
If you have entered in the wrong Biller Code and the payment has been approved, please get in touch with our Support team.
