How will my transactions appear on customer bank statements?
All transactions processed through the Zeller Terminal will appear as ZLR*, and then followed by your business name.
If a customer makes a purchase through your Zeller Terminal, the transaction will appear on their bank statements with the characters ZLR*, followed by the business name that is setup on your receipt settings.
For example, if your business name is setup as "Cathie's Cafe", your customer's will see ZLR*Cathie's Cafe appear on their bank statements, along with the transaction details.
To update your businesses name, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Payments and then select Sites.
- Select the site you wish to manage.
- Navigate to the Receipt tab along the top of the screen.
- Update the Business Name field.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Please note that some banking apps may alter this information if they are integrated with Look Who’s Charging Pty Ltd.
If this is the case, you can send a request via their feedback form, to get them to correct the information that’s appearing.
