How to manage Service Charges

If you need to edit or delete Service Charges, you can do so via the Zeller App, Dashboard, or Terminal 2

Please note that Admins automatically have access to manage items. Manager Users will need to be granted specific permission. To find out more, view here. 

To edit an Item

  1. Navigate to Items then Select Service Charges.
  2. Select or use the search icon to find the Service Charge you wish to manage.
  3. Edit the required fields
  4. Click Save

To delete an Item

  1. Navigate to Items then Select Service Charges.
  2. Select or use the search icon to find the Service Charge you wish to manage.
  3. Click Delete Item.

  4. Select Confirm.
