How do I create a Service Charge

Begin creating service charges to provide flexible pricing and enhance transparency on Zeller POS Lite receipts and Invoices.

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard, Terminal or App

  1. Navigate to Items then Select Service Charges.

  2. Click + Service Charges. 

  3. Enter in the following item details. 

    1. Service Charge Name.

    2. Select Amount TypeFixed or Percentage. 

    3. Amount.

  4. Assign to your preferred Site from the drop-down list.

  5. Enable for Invoices. 
  6. Click Save.

The service charge will now be available for selection through Zeller POS Lite and Invoices. View here how to apply charges to individual items or to the overall sale.
