Taking payments with Zeller is simple, and so are our fees:
- Zeller Terminal is priced at $99 with no monthly fees, rental fees, or return fees. The hardware is yours to keep when you purchase it. We back all our hardware with a 12-month guarantee.
- A processing fee of 1.4% applies to card present payments and 1.7% for MOTO payments. Fees are deducted per transaction, inclusive of GST, surcharges and tips. This includes Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, American Express, JCB.
- Zeller Transaction Account is included free when you sign up with Zeller. No activation fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.
- Zeller Debit Card comes right out of the box with $0 monthly or transaction fees. Foreign transaction fees apply for international purchases.
- Zeller Corporate Cards can be setup for your employees at $9 per active card, per month. An active card is defined as a card that has been issued to an employee.
- Zeller Invoice payments incur a fee of 1.7% + 25c per transaction for payments made by cards issued within Australia. Payments received from international cards incur a fee of 2.9% + 25c per transaction.
- Xero Invoice payments incur a fee of 1.7% + 30c per transaction for payments made by cards issued within Australia. Payments received from international cards incur a fee of 2.9% + 30c per transaction.
- Virtual Terminal payments processed via Zeller Dashboard transaction fee of 1.75% + $0.25 (including GST) for all card types accepted.
There are no monthly fees, start-up fees, exit fees, or change of mind fees.
