Review fees incurred per transaction or by each settlement via your Zeller Dashboard.
You can view the fees incurred for each transaction you process with Zeller. Additionally, fees can be reviewed for each settlement that we process to your account.
View fees by transaction
Review the fees incurred for individual transactions. Start off by signing to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Payments > Transactions.
- Search or select a transaction from the list. A summary will appear on the right-side pane.
- The Processing Fees field will highlight the total fees deducted for this transaction.
You may also export your transactions from this section to assist with further review and business reporting.
View fees by settlement
Review the fees incurred for individual deposits. Start off by signing to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Payments > Settlements.
- Select a settlement you would like to review. A summary will appear on the right-side pane.
- The Merchant Fees field will highlight the total fees deducted for this deposit.
You may also export your settlements from this section to assist with further review and business reporting.
