How do I update my Zeller SIM billing account?
Update where your monthly subscription is deducted from your Zeller Dashboard.
Zeller SIM Card subscriptions are automatically billed at $15 per month to your nominated account.
To update your account details, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Select Payments and then SIM Cards.
- Select Manage, at the top right of your screen.
- Click Billing Account.
- Account Selection
- Select an existing Zeller Transaction Account or external account from the list.
- Click Add External Account and enter in your details.
- Click Set as SIM Billing Account.
- Click Confirm.
Your preference will be saved and the account will be used to bill your next monthly charge. Please note this can take 2 business days to process.
