How do I update my account information?

Update your information from the Profile Settings screen.

Making changes to your account is simple. You can update information such as your personal details, email, password, or phone number from the Profile Settings section of your Zeller Dashboard. 

Updating your personal details:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings > Profile Settings.
  2. Your information will appear under the Personal tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Accessing sensitive information in your Zeller Account requires two step authentication. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number and click Verify
  5. Update your information such as your name and address.
  6. Click Save.

Your personal details will be updated immediately. You can view your changes by heading back to Profile Settings. 

Changing your password:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings > Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Click Confirm.

An email with a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Follow the prompts from there to set your new password. 

Changing your phone number:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings, and then Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Number.
  4. Enter your new mobile number and click Next.
  5. A verification code will be sent to confirm the change. Enter the verification code and click Confirm.

Your mobile number will be updated immediately. You can view your changes by heading back to Profile Settings.
