How do I update my account information?

Update your information from the Profile Settings screen.

Making changes to your account is simple. You can update information such as your email, password, or phone number from the Profile Settings section of your Zeller Dashboard. 

Updating your personal details:

If you wish to change any personal information, please get in touch with our Support team for further assistance. 

Change your email:

To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Click on Settings and then Profile Settings
  2. Select Edit to the right of Personal Information.
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile and click Verify.
  4. Select Change next to the email address field. 
  5. Type in the new email address. 
  6. Click Save

Changing your password:

To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard

  1. Select Settings > Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Click Confirm.

An email with a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Follow the prompts from there to set your new password. 

Changing your phone number:

To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard

  1. Select Settings, and then Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Number.
  4. Enter your new mobile number and click Next.
  5. A verification code will be sent to confirm the change. Enter the verification code and click Confirm.

Your mobile number will be updated immediately. You can view your changes by heading back to Profile Settings.
