How do I make a payment to an existing biller?
Select the saved contact details when initiating a new BPAY transfer.
With each BPAY payment being linked to a Zeller Contact, you can expedite the payment process when paying the same biller with the same customer reference number.
To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Click on Accounts from the navigation menu.
- Click Transfer, on the top right of your screen.
- Select the Zeller Transaction Account using the drop-down list.
- Select the BPAY transfer option.
- Search and select the existing contact.
- Enter in the amount of the bill.
- Click Continue.
- Review the Payment Summary screen and click Pay.
Your Zeller Transaction Account balance will be deducted immediately. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing to complete.
