How do I make a payment to an existing biller?

Select the saved contact details when initiating a new BPAY transfer.

With each BPAY payment being linked to a Zeller Contact, you can expedite the payment process when paying the same biller with the same customer reference number. 

To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard

  1. Click on Accounts from the navigation menu.
  2. Click Transfer, on the top right of your screen.  
  3. Select the Zeller Transaction Account using the drop-down list.
  4. Select the BPAY transfer option. 
  5. Search and select the existing contact. 
  6. Enter in the amount of the bill. 
  7. Click Continue
  8. Review the Payment Summary screen and click Pay

Your Zeller Transaction Account balance will be deducted immediately. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing to complete.
