How do I restart my Zeller Terminal?
Hold down the power button and select Reboot.
If you are experiencing intermittent issues with your Zeller Terminal, you may want to restart the device.
To restart your Zeller Terminal, follow the steps below:
- Press and hold the power button until the power options appear on screen.
- Tap Reboot.
- Tap OK to confirm your request.
- Your terminal will power off and automatically turn back on.
- Enter in the site PIN to unlock your terminal.
You can now continue accepting payments with your Zeller Terminal.
After restarting your Zeller Terminal, you will lose access to your Admin and Manager permissions. You will need to log in again with the appropriate user credentials.
