How do I refund payments online?

Complete full or partial refunds via Zeller Dashboard.

Refunds can now be processed for both online and card present payments on Zeller Dashboard. To get started:

  1. Go to Payments > Transactions from the navigation menu. 
  2. Locate and click on the transaction you wish to refund. 
  3. Select whether it is a full refund or a partial refund. 
  4. Click Refund.

Please be aware that refunds can take 2-7 business days to process and return to your customer's card.
