How do I refund payments online?

Complete full or partial refunds via Zeller Dashboard.

Refunds can now be processed for both online and card present payments on Zeller Dashboard. 

  1. To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard

  2. Go to Payments > Transactions from the navigation menu. 

  3. Locate the transaction by scrolling down the list or using the search function in the top right hand corner 

  4. Click on the transaction you wish to refund. 

  5. Select whether it is a full refund or a partial refund on the right-side pane.

    1. If it is a full refund, simply select the full refund option and the amount will be refunded to the original payment card.

    2. If it is a partial refund, input the amount to be refunded from the transaction and select Refund. The amount will be refunded to the card used in the transaction.

Please be aware that refunds can take 2-7 business days to process and return to your customer's card.
