How do I download a statement of my fees?

Download statements from the Settlements section of your Zeller Dashboard.

PDF statements highlighting incurred fees are available to download on your Zeller Dashboard.

These reports are provided to enable you to support a GST credit, if applicable, for the GST incurred on your processing fees.

To get started, log in to your Zeller Dashboard:

Select Payments and then Settlements.
Select Statements.
Select the site from the drop-down menu.
Click the download button next to the statement you wish to view. Statements are available by quarter, month or custom date-range.

The statement will download on to your device to view in PDF format.

Fee rates may vary from the advertised percentage due to rounding and differences in pricing for transactions that are tapped, inserted, swiped or manually entered.

These fees have already been deducted from your settlements and are not outstanding.
