How do I manage reporting access on Zeller Terminal?

To limit or disable reporting access to Admin and Manager users.

If you have multiple individuals who access your Zeller Terminal, you may want to restrict access to sensitive information in your reporting. 

By default, the Zeller Terminal will restrict reporting access for users who have not logged in with Admin credentials.

This option can be turned off at any time. 

To manage reporting access, login to your Zeller Dashboard

  1. Go to Sites
  2. Select the site you wish to manage. 
  3. Click on the Payments tab. 
  4. Scroll down and toggle Restrict Report Access
  5. Click Save

To manage reporting access via the Zeller Terminal:

  1. Confirm your device is logged in via the navigation panel.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Site Settings
  4. Tab Reports.
  5. Toggle Restrict Report Access.
  6. Tap the arrow to save.

With this enabled, Admins and Managers must login to access reporting on Zeller Terminal.
