How do I manage item availability?
Ensure items are made available for selection when using Zeller POS Lite.
Manage Item availability via the Zeller App, Terminal 2 and Dashboard.
Item availability only affects visibility in Zeller POS Lite. To enable items for Invoices, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Toggle On Enable for Invoices.
To get started, login.
For basic items:
- Navigate to Items → All Items.
- Select the item you wish to manage.
- Toggle the Item Availability to On
- Click Save.
For variants:
- Navigate to Items → All Items.
- Select the item you wish to manage.
- Scroll to the Variant list.
- Toggle availability for individual variants or use the "Item level" toggle to set availability for all variants.
- Click Save
Your item is now available for selection through Zeller POS Lite.
