How do I lock a Zeller Corporate Card?
Temporarily lock any card via Zeller Dashboard.
If a Zeller Corporate Card is misplaced, we recommend locking it to ensure that it is not being used without authorisation.
To do so, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Go to Cards from the navigation menu.
- Click the Corporate tab.
- Select the card from your list.
- Click Manage.
- Select Lock Card.
- Click Lock Card again on the confirmation screen.
Your card will be locked immediately and unable to be used to process payments. To reverse this, follow the steps above and select Unlock Card.
