Create and send invoices on the move
Zeller Invoices became even more mobile through the Zeller App to create detailed invoices that can be sent directly to your customers to receive online payments.
To get started, login to your Zeller App.
- Select Invoices from the navigation menu.
- Enter a title for your invoice.

Tap the + Invoice on the bottom of the screen.
- Customer
- Select an existing contact
- Tap New to create a person / business contact.
- Items
- Tap the Search button to select pre-created items.
- Alternatively, Tap Custom Item

Enter Unit Price

If desired, select the Per Qty icon to enter quantity or adjust the unit of measure to Day or Hour

Enter a description. (optional)

Toggle on GST applicable if the item includes GST
- Tap Add
- Select + Item or + Discount Tabs along the top of the screen to add to the invoice
- Tap the Search button to select pre-created items.
- Schedule
- Confirm the invoice issue date using the date selector. This is the date that appears on the invoice and can be back-dated if required.
- If Custom is selected, the due date field will become active for you to confirm using the date selector. Confirm the payment terms using the drop-down list. This specifies the terms of when the payment will be due relative to the invoice date.
- Message

Enter a message that will be displayed at the top of the invoice. (optional)
- Tap Next

- Send Via
- Toggle On SMS and enter the customer's phone number
- Toggle On Email and select the customer's address
- Use the downward arrow to input CC and Bcc
- Click Send once you are ready to submit the invoice.
You can also review your invoice further by selecting Preview, or you can return to draft your invoice by clicking Save in the top right-hand corner.
Once your invoice is sent, it will be received by your customer within a few minutes and appear in your invoice list.
At this stage, the maximum amount you can invoice is $50,000.
