How do I update my account information?

From your Zeller Dashboard, select Settings and then Profile Settings.

Making changes to your account is simple. You can update information such as your personal details, password, or phone number from the Profile Settings screen of your Zeller Dashboard. 

Updating your personal details:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings, and then Profile Settings.
  2. Your most recent personal information will appear under the Personal tab.
  3. Click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Change your information such as your name and address.
  5. Click Save.

Your information has now been updated and will take effect immediately. 

Changing your password:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings, and then Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Confirm your email address and click Submit.

An email with a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Follow the prompts from there to set your new password. 

Changing your phone number:

From your Zeller Dashboard:

  1. Select Settings, and then Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Change Number.
  4. Enter your new mobile number and click Next.
  5. A verification code will be sent to confirm the change. Enter the verification code and click Confirm.

Success! Your mobile number will be updated immediately. You can view your changes by heading back to Profile Settings.
