How do I reset my password?

From the Log In screen select Forgot your password?

If you're unable to remember your password, it's simple to reset it securely. 

  1. Navigate to the Zeller Dashboard Log In screen. 
  2. Select Forgot your password? 
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Zeller account, and click Reset.
  4. You will receive a password reset email. Click Reset your password.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password (your password must contain at least eight characters, one upper case letter, one special character, and one number).

Once reset, you will be re-directed back to the Log In screen. 

If you have forgotten the email address for your Zeller account, or no longer have access, please contact our Support team.
