How do I add notes to my transactions?
Add notes from your Zeller Terminal or the Transactions section of your Zeller Dashboard.
Notes are a great way to keep track of any additional information you need to attach to your accepted payments through Zeller Terminal. This can be used to save customer information or reference numbers.
When you accept a payment, a note can be added from the confirmation screen.
To add a note to a completed transaction from your Zeller Terminal:
- Tap Transactions from the navigation menu.
- Search or select for the transaction you wish to edit.
- Tap Add a note.
- Type in your notes and click Save.
To add a note from your Zeller Dashboard:
- Navigate to Payments > Transactions.
- Search or select a transaction from the list. A summary will appear on the right-side pane.
- Click on Add next to Transaction Notes.
- Type in your notes and click Save.
Your notes will appear immediately and can be updated at any time. To update, click Edit next to the Transaction Notes section.
Please note that there is a limit of 1,000 characters.
