      How do I accept BasicCard on Zeller Terminal?

      Apply to be a BasicCard merchant via Services Australia.

      To accept BasicCard payments on your Zeller Terminal, you will firstly need to become an approved BasicCard Merchant. 

      To apply, please visit the Services Australia website. 

      You will need to obtain some information from your Zeller Terminal to complete the application:

      • Merchant ID (CAID)
      • Terminal ID (CATID)

      To locate this information on your Zeller Terminal:

      1. Select Settings from the navigation menu.
      2. Tap on Diagnostics. 
      3. Copy the CAID and CATID into the required fields of your application.
