Zeller offers a risk free return policy for any hardware purchased from the Zeller Shop, for up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
Refunds cannot be claimed for any hardware that has been purchased in conjunction with a cash-back offer, and where that offer has been successfully claimed. Please visit the Terms and Conditions of the specific promotion for more information.
If you've purchased your hardware directly through the Zeller Shop, please follow the steps below:
- Go to our Returns Centre.
- Start by entering your order number and email address associated with your order, and then select Find Your Order.
- Select the items you are looking to return by selecting them on the dropdown to the right of the item.
- Select a reason for your return, and leave any notes that are applicable to your return.
- When you reach the screen How can we resolve it?, select Refund to original payment method.
- Submit your claim.
If you've purchased your Zeller Terminal through Officeworks, please fill out the return form, and select Return. This will allow us to send you a return label to you for the hardware, as well as organise a refund.
Once you have completed the return form, an electronic return label is generated and emailed to you. The label must be printed and attached to the return package.
Upon receiving your return, Zeller will refund directly to your original payment method after confirming that all hardware is included within seven business days.
