Head to http://returns.myzeller.com and fill in our warranty & returns form.
Zeller offers a risk free return policy for any hardware purchased from the Zeller Shop, for up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
To return your order:
- Go to our Returns Centre.
- Start by entering your order number and email address associated with your order, and then select Find Your Order.
- Select the items you are looking to return by selecting them on the dropdown to the right of the item.
- Select a reason for your return, and leave any notes that are applicable to your return.
- When you reach the screen How can we resolve it?, select Refund to original payment method.
- Submit your claim.
Once you have completed the return form, an electronic return label is generated and emailed to you. The label must be printed and attached to the return package.
Make sure to include all accessories and cords, the original packaging, and the original packing slip with your return.
Upon receiving your return, Zeller will refund directly to your original payment method after confirming that all hardware is included within seven business days.
Important: Zeller products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the respective refund and exchange policy of the retailer. If the retailer you have purchased the hardware through is unable to process your warranty return, or refund your original purchase, please contact our Support team.
