How do I enable a refund PIN?

Add an additional layer of security to your refunds with a secure PIN.

Enhance security and prevent accidental or unauthorised refunds on your Zeller Terminal by creating a unique Refund PIN in your Site settings.

This PIN should only be shared with trusted team members to ensure that only authorised individuals can process refunds.

To configure a Refund PIN, access your Zeller Dashboard and follow the steps below:

1. Select Sites.
2. Select the site you would like to manage. 
3. Click on the Payments tab at the top of the screen. 
4. Scroll down and toggle on Use Refund PIN. 
5. Enter a 4-digit PIN and click Save. 

The PIN will need to be entered for any full or partial refunds attempted. 

Please note: This PIN is separate to your Site PIN.
