Do the items selected appear on receipts?
Send detailed itemised receipts via SMS, Email or QR Code.
Customers can scan a QR code on the Terminal once a transaction has been processed to download their receipt.
Get started, login to your Zeller Terminal.
- Once the transaction is approved
- Tap eReceipts
- Tap SMS and enter phone number
- Tap Email and enter the email address
- Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
- Tap Send
- Tap New Sale
To resend receipts from your Zeller Terminal
- Select POS Lite Sales from the navigation menu.
- Locate the Sale by scrolling down the list or using the search function.
- Tap the Sale to bring up the transaction details.
- Tap Receipt
- Enter phone number
- Enter email address
- Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
- Tap Send
