Do the items selected appear on receipts?

Send detailed itemised receipts via SMS, Email or QR Code.

Customers can scan a QR code on the Terminal once a transaction has been processed to download their receipt. 

Get started, login to your Zeller Terminal. 

  1. Once the transaction is approved
  2. Tap eReceipts 
    1. Tap SMS and enter phone number
    2. Tap Email and enter the email address  
    3. Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
  3. Tap Send
  4. Tap New Sale

To resend receipts from your Zeller Terminal 

  1. Select POS Lite Sales from the navigation menu.
  2. Locate the Sale by scrolling down the list or using the search function.
  3. Tap the Sale to bring up the transaction details. 
  4. Tap Receipt
    1. Enter phone number
    2. Enter email address  
    3. Advise the customer to scan the QR Code
  5. Tap Send
