How can I confirm a refund has been processed?
Check the status via your Zeller Terminal or Zeller Dashboard.
To track the status of a refund from your Zeller Terminal or Dashboard:
1. Go to the Transactions screen.
2. Use the search icon in the top right to find the specific transaction, filtering by date, amount, or status if needed.
3. Select the transaction to view more information in the right-side pane.
A status of Refunded confirms your request is in progress. Once completed, an additional transaction line with an Approved status will appear above the original transaction.
Please note, refunds may take 2–7 business days to be returned to the customer’s card.
If the refund has not reached your customer after seven business days, please contact our Support team for assistance.
