How do I cancel a Split Payment transaction?
Split Payments can be cancelled from the payment summary screen.
Split Payments can be cancelled from the payment summary screen before the full amount has been settled.
To cancel a Split Payment:
1. Select the X icon in the top left corner of the Zeller Terminal.
2. The remaining balance will be shown for your reference, allowing you to process the outstanding amount as a separate transaction.
3. Select Cancel Split.
Cancelling the Split Payment will not impact any completed payments. You can view all related transactions in your transaction history.
