Can I take a pre-authorised payment?

Pre-authorised payments are not supported at this time.

Zeller does not support pre-authorised payments (also known as security bonds or refundable deposits) at this time. All payments are completed in full and a refund will need to be processed in order for funds to be returned to the original payment card. 

We're always looking for features that can be considered for product updates and will share any updates to this feature in the future.
